HEATH SPRACKLEN
Heath Spracklen is a fourth-generation auctioneer whose life and career have been shaped by the auction industry from the very beginning. Growing up in a livestock barn, Heath learned the rhythm, discipline, and integrity of the trade early, starting his journey as a ringman before working his way to auctioneer and later becoming an instructor in the craft.
A graduate of the Missouri Auction School in 1994, Heath has built an award-winning career highlighted by being named Illinois State Champion, a two-time Reserve World Champion Automobile Auctioneer, and an inductee into the World Wide College of Auctioneering Hall of Fame. Today, he continues to work at three automobile auctions each week, bringing decades of experience, energy, and professionalism to every sale.
Heath resides in Pana, Illinois with his wife, Stacy. He is a proud father of four and grandfather of five, and remains deeply committed to preserving and advancing the auctioneering tradition that has been part of his family for 100 years.
DUSTIN TAYLOR
Dustin Taylor is a first-generation auctioneer, but he was no stranger to the auction world growing up. His father was a car dealer and avid horseman, which meant Dustin spent much of his youth attending auto and horse auctions. It was there that he developed a deep passion for the auction business and knew from an early age that he wanted to become an auctioneer. Remarkably, Dustin first stepped onto the auction block at just 14 years old.

After graduating from high school in 1997, Dustin married his wife, Amy, and together they began building their family. In early 2000, he entered the auction industry full-time and has since built an extraordinary career.

The auction business has afforded Dustin opportunities to work across numerous states as well as internationally on multiple occasions. His diverse experience includes the automobile auction industry, high-end Western art sales, purebred livestock, real estate, as well as teaching, consulting, and more.

Dustin’s excellence in the industry is highlighted by his eight World Championships in the automobile auction arena. Capping off his distinguished competitive career, he was crowned the 2025 World Automobile Auctioneer Champion.

Today, Dustin is more focused and passionate than ever about the industry he loves. He is excited to invest in the next generation by sharing his knowledge, experience, and skills with the students of Accelerate Auction Academy.
